Detective K9 Merit<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

            K9 Merit was an active and honored search K9 for missing person and criminal cases throughout South-central PA. This allowed her to develop an incredible connection with the community surrounding her. She touched folks of all ages as she was present at over 100 programs a year.<\/p>\n

            Although not certified or utilized as a therapy dog she brought on smiles and joy to folks, day after day. She developed an assembly for students, \u201cK9 Merit has a Message \u2013 Be a Buddy not a Bully\u201d. The assembly promoted inclusion and boosted self-esteem of many. This continues to be part of the curriculum for many schools even after K9 Merit left this earth<\/p>\n
